The rug itself is a very attractive design and will go well with my decor. The design on the light-colored rug is very muted, so it's less of a statement piece than if you order the blue one. I'm glad it's an outdoor rug, however, because the chemical smell it gives off is pretty strong. If you're planning to use this rug indoors, such as in a mudroom, be sure to let it air out outside for a day or two. I wouldn't want this "airing out" inside my house. That's really the main downside for me about this rug, but I suppose it's to be expected based on the materials used, (polypropylene), which is basically glorified plastic. That's, of course, what makes it durable for outdoor use and easy to clean, but also what makes it smell.
